In 2020, I joined Morgan & Morgan’s Class Action Group to represent individuals impacted by data breaches or data security incidents. Since then, I have worked on numerous cases ranging from smaller cases impacting thousands of individuals to larger cases impacting millions of individuals. In July 2023, I created my own firm to continue assisting individuals whose lives have been impacted by data breaches or data security incidents.

Prior to practicing law, I served as a judicial law clerk to a United States Magistrate Judge. I then worked at one of the country’s largest law firms, Greenberg Traurig, for four years as a commercial litigation associate. In 2015, I joined Morgan & Morgan’s Business Trial Group as a lead attorney handling a variety of business litigation matters. I later started my own law practice, litigating claims related to breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, the FLSA, the FDCPA, and premises liability.
