Allied Telesis Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Allied Telesis, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Allied Telesis reported that the data breach may have impacted 3,413 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, and/or financial account information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
