Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings reported that the data breach may have impacted 780 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, Social Security number information, medical information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
