Lucent Health Solutions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Lucent Health Solutions, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Lucent Health Solutions reported that the data breach may have impacted 1,103 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number information, medical information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
