Mercury Aircraft Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Mercury Aircraft, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Mercury Aircraft reported that the data breach may have impacted 3,023 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, date of birth, driver’s license number, and/or Social Security number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
