North American Breaker (“NABCO”) Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating North American Breaker Company, LLC (“NABCO”), which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

NABCO reported that the data breach may have impacted 262 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number information, driver’s license number, medical information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
