One Point HR Solutions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating One Point HR Solutions, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

One Point HR Solutions reported that the data breach may have impacted 13,682 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, Social Security number information, driver’s license number, government-issued ID number (e.g. passport, state ID card), financial information (e.g. account number, credit or debit card number), medical information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
