Zenith American Solutions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Zenith American Solutions, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Zenith American Solutions reported that the data breach may have impacted 11,029 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, date of birth, Social Security number, birth certificate, marriage certificate, and/or financial/banking information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
