Ashford, Inc. Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Ashford, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries Inspire, RED Hospitality & Leisure, LLC, Remington Holdings, L.P., Ashford Hospitality Advisors LLC, Ashford Hospitality Services LLC, Ashford Securities LLC, Premier Project Management LLC.

The notice states that an unauthorized actor accessed certain systems in Ashford’s environment on September 7, 2023, and accessed and acquired certain files stored on these systems during this time.

Ashford reported that the data breach may have impacted 46,906 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and Social Security number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
