CannonDesign Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating The Cannon Corporation d/b/a CannonDesign, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

CannonDesign reported that the data breach may have impacted 13,049 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, Social Security number information, and/or driver’s license number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
