Enroll Confidently Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Enroll Confidently, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Enroll Confidently reported that the data breach may have impacted 2,590 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number information, medical information, and health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
