Eisner Advisory Group Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Eisner Advisory Group LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Eisner Advisory Group reported that the data breach may have impacted 84,795 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, driver’s license or state identification information, financial account information, date of birth, medical information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
