Plasser American Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Plasser American Corporation, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Plasser American Corporation reported that the data breach may have impacted 780 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, bank account number, and/or medical information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
