Employer Flexible Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Employer Flexible HR Holdings, LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Employer Flexible reported that the data breach may have impacted 2,021 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may also have been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number information, health insurance information, and/or date of birth.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
