A-Line Staffing Solutions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating A-Line Staffing Solutions, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

A-Line reported that the data breach may have impacted 6,243 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may also have been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their Social Security number information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
