Nautic Partners Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Nautic Partners, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

The notice states that Nautic discovered unauthorized access to its network occurred between February 23, 2023 and April 5, 2023, during which files were potentially accessed or removed from its network.

Nautic reported that the data breach may have impacted 7,870 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and/or Social Security number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
