Peco Foods Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Peco Foods, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Peco Foods reported that the data breach may have impacted 48,170 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, driver’s license number, financial information (e.g. account number, credit or debit card number), and/or health insurance information.
