Advance America Data Breach

Maxey Law Firm is investigating entities doing business as Advance America, which recently sent a Notice of Data Breach to impacted individuals. The notice states that the Data Breach arose when an unauthorized actor accessed or acquired certain corporate business records on Advance America’s network.

Entities doing business as Advance America reported that the Data Breach affected 79,763 South Carolina residents and 1,280 Montana residents. The Data Breach may have also affected residents of other states.
