Continuum Health Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Continuum Health (“Continuum”), which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

The notice states that between October 18, 2023 and October 19, 2023, an unauthorized actor gained access to certain systems in Continuum’s network and accessed or acquired certain files stored on those systems during this time.

Continuum reported that the data breach may have impacted 377,119 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, date of birth, health insurance information, medical information, and phone number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
