Greylock McKinnon Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Greylock McKinnon Associates, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Greylock McKinnon reported that the data breach may have impacted 341,650 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, date of birth, address, Medicare Health Insurance Claim Number (which contains a Social Security number associated with a member) and some medical information and/or health insurance information

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
