Infucare Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Infucare LTD, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Infucare reported that the data breach may have impacted 416 Texas residents. Residents of other states may also have been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, financial information, medical information, health insurance information, and/or date of birth.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
