Kisco Senior Living Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Kisco Senior Living, LLC (“Kisco”), which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

The notice states that on June 6, 2023, Kisco experienced a network disruption, during which certain files may have been acquired without authorization.

Kisco reported that the data breach may have impacted 26,663 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and Social Security number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
