Lendio Partners, LLC Data Breach

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Lendio Partners, LLC, which recently reported a Data Breach that impacted an unstated number of California residents. The data breach may have also impacted residents of other states.

For each of the impacted individuals, the information involved may have included their name and/or individual taxpayer identification number.

It is unclear whether or not the individual taxpayer identification numbers and other sensitive information were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
