Radius Global Solutions MoveIt Data Event

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Radius Global Solutions, which recently sent notice of a MoveIT Data Event to impacted individuals. The notice states that the MoveIT Data Event arose from a vulnerability in a file transfer application that Radius Global Solutions uses called MOVEit.

Radius Global Solutions reported that the MoveIt Data Event impacted 600,794 individuals.

For impacted individuals, the information involved may have included their name, date of birth, Social Security number, patient treatment code, treatment location, and/or treatment payment history.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers and other sensitive information were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
