Teleflora Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Teleflora, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

The notice states that on November 10, 2023, Teleflora identified unusual activity in their network, during which an unauthorized person accessed or acquired certain files from Teleflora’s network.

Teleflora reported that the data breach may have impacted 12,635 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, and/or financial account number

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
