Therapeutic Health Services (“THS”) Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Therapeutic Health Services (“THS”), which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

The notice states that on February 26, 2024, THS identified unauthorized activity in its computer network, during which personal or medical information could have been subject to unauthorized activity.

THS reported that the data breach may have impacted 14,164 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their full name, Social Security number, date of birth, information regarding medical services provided by THS, and/or health information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
