Trionfo Solutions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Trionfo Solutions, LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

The notice states that between December 4, 2023 and December 6, 2023 an unauthorized party gained access to certain Trionfo systems and may have acquired files containing personal information.

Trionfo reported that the data breach may have impacted 65,787 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number, and/or email address.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
