True Homes Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating True Homes, LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

The notice states that on March 19, 2024, True Homes discovery unusual network activity consistent with a ransomware attack, during which personal information of certain individuals may have been affected.

True Homes reported that the data breach may have impacted 5,794 residents of South Carolina. Residents of other states were also impacted.
