TTM Technologies Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating TTM Technologies, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals. The notice states that on October 4, 2023, TTM identified suspicious activity on its network and determined that on or around September 26, 2023, an unauthorized third-party had gained access to TTM’s systems.

TTM reported that the data event impacted 7,333 individuals.

For each of these 7,333 individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, dates of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license/state ID number, passport number, financial account information such as a bank account number, and/or health related information such as the result of a COVID-19 test.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
